Above is the results from today’s trial many thanks to all who participated and thanks to the team, great day had by all. Kenzie, Martin, Marrion, Paul, and Steve.
15 sections were put on with three laps,. After overnight rain the sections in the woods were a little greasy but as with Breakheart during the first lap they dried out and perfect riding conditions prevailed. The main problem section was section 9 an extremely slippery concoction of small banks with a wriggle up a 30 mtr slope, during the day this was tackled in every conceivable way from flat out in 4th to ploding up in 1st, all produced some clean rides. close riding on the main route by old protagonists, Heath Brindley, Ryan Pekala, and Andy Ridley , who all were out for the first time after layoffs saw a lot of smiles, with J Aylett and S Thatcher, in the mix of the top 5 all on single figures.
The easier route saw three riders in single figures with J Emery just seeing off C Cook by a single mark, with Tony Gray following up.
Chloe Cross was best female rider on 22, with Finn Kettle taking the youth honours on 6.
Hopefully you all had a good day see ya next December.
